How to create a new customer in App4Sales?

To create a new customer, the user must have the appropriate permissions. Check the settings for each user in the CMS by going to App4Sales > Manage users. Click on the user's line and the User Details screen opens. Make sure the Create Customer setting is enabled.

In the app, click Menu > New customer to enter the details.

After filling in all the required fields, click Save. If the device is connected to wifi, the data is automatically transmitted to the ERP system. In offline mode, however, the data is stored locally on the device. You then have to manually forward the information once you are online again. To do this, go to the Menu and select Send in offline created customers.
