We understand that a placed order can still be changed therefore we offer 2 order views.
1. The placed order
The placed order can be found in the customer account under my/exported/orders. This data cannot be modified.
2. The modified (final) order
If the placed order is subsequently modified from the ERP/CMS, it can be returned to the b2b. This can be found under 'my orders'. (my/orders)
TIP: If you want to make it clear from the 'my orders' overview which web order has been placed, you can use the 'Customer reference' field. This field can be activated in the admin environment from the overviews module, line my orders (overviews/columns/1).
