How to block access to the portal

If you want to block a customer's access to the webshop, follow the steps below:

1. In the CMS, navigate to Core-portal basic > Generate passwords.
2. Use the search window to search by customer name or customer code.
3. Place a check mark in front of the customer to select it.
4. Click the blue "Revoke access to selected customers" button.
5. Give OK to the prompt asking if you want to revoke access.
6. The blue bullet in the "Access" column turns gray indicating that the customer can no longer log into the Portal.
