Important: Notify Us in Advance of IP Address and Datacenter Changes
Is your organization moving to a new datacenter or updating its external IP addresses? Please ensure you inform us of these changes well in advance.
To maintain the security of our networks and services, we enforce a strict access policy. All new external IP addresses must be manually added to our whitelist by our team.
Why this matters: If an IP change is not reported to us beforehand, our system will not recognize the new location, resulting in an automatic access block.
What we need from you: The exact date of the migration and a complete list of all new external IP addresses (or IP ranges).
