How can I check whether a product is visible to a customer?

You can verify the basic product data, such as pricing and product visibility for a specific customer.

  1. In the CMS, go to the “Check Product” module.

2. Enter the model number.

3. Enter the customer number.

4. Under “Order Type”, select either “Stock” or “Pre-order”.

5. Click on "Go"

6. Review the results.

If a superfilter is active, this will be displayed and the result will show “No”.
