We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems scanning labels. There could be various causes for this, so unfortunately there is no ready-made solution. In any case, we recommend following the steps below.

Step 1. First, check the label. Is the sticker dirty, wet or creased? Clean the sticker or try another one.

Stap 2. It is important that scanning takes place in a well-lit environment. Is the environment dark? Try again in a different location. Make sure you avoid too little or too much light and reflection. It is important that the code is straight and fully visible. Maintain the correct distance, scan the code first from close up and then hold the camera further away.

Step 3. Check with your transport supervisor that the barcode is correct.

Stap 4. Check the app settings. It is important that App2Track has the correct permissions, including for using the camera. You can read more about this in these articles:

Stap 5. The device must meet the minimum device requirements. You can read more about this in this article: What are the minimum device requirements for App2Track?

Stap 6. If these solutions do not help, delete the app and reinstall it.

Step 7. Check whether scanning the label outside of App2Track is successful. Is it also impossible to scan outside of App2Track? Then the problem is probably with the device. Contact your transport supervisor. Is it possible to scan outside of App2Track? Then the problem is probably with App2Track. Contact the support department at [email protected].
