There are two ways you can process returns. These are the return orders module and the return form. Both options do not work well together. We recommend making a choice here. The step-by-step plan below is about the return form. Do you want information about the return module? Then read on here.

Step 1. First of all, the Return orders template must be enabled. Is this template not available? Then please contact the Support Department at [email protected].

Step 2. Go to Settings and then Email settings. Enter the email address where the return form can be sent to.

Step 3. Go to Templates and then Return Order.

Step 4. Click modify to set up the email templates. The screen below appears. Fill in the fields.

Step 5. Go to the Menu Manager module. Add the menu item "returns". Do not forget to click on "Store".

Step 6. The customer can open the return form in his or her environment and fill in the relevant fields. It is possible to report returns on 1 form, multiple items. To do this, the customer clicks on "add new row". After clicking on send, in this case, [email protected], receives an email with the completed return form.
