Why is my new customer not shown in the B2B?
How has the new customer been added?
- Online form via the B2B website
- Go to the sent e-mail module and search for ‘new customer’. Here you can find all new customers who have registered via the B2B website. An e-mail will automatically be sent to the recipient. See ‘recipient’ line. If no e-mail was received, please contact the help desk.
- ERP
- Go to your ERP to export the customer to the B2B. If the import of new customers occurred in Eezee B2B, the new customer can be found under the ‘customers’ module. Go to the import module to see when the last import took place.
Is it also possible to make certain fields mandatory when filling out a new customer form?
No, this is not possible. We do, however, see this as a useful improvement. If this improvement (also called an innovation) is further developed, this will be shown in our release notes. Alternatively, you can set up a text fragment that will be shown when sending the new customer form. To do this, go to the text module, go to the 'list view text fragments', and click on the title 'New customer form sent'.
