Why is my sales app working so slowly?
There are several reasons why the app can be a bit slower. These are described below:
1.Close other apps that are running in the background by clicking twice on the home button and then swiping away all active apps. You can also restart the iPad and the open apps will automatically disappear. If this does not work, go to step 2.
2.Is there still enough disk space available?
You can check this under Settings -> General -> Info. If you don't have enough disk space available, you can go to Settings -> General -> iPad storage -> Clean up apps. If this does not solve the problem, please contact the help desk.
The products from the new season are not visible on the sales app. What can I do?
Check to make sure that you have a working internet connection. When you log in again, all products that have been added to your B2B will automatically be updated to the sales app. If the new season is still not visible after the login process has been updated, then check whether your products are visible in the B2B. Go to your B2B and click on check product module.
Why is the lookbook visible on the B2B website but not on the sales app?
Go to the App module. Click on lookbook. Select ‘show order and status in the APP’. If the status is set to online, then check whether the lookbook is visible to the customer or sales agent. If this does not solve the problem, then it is possible that the database of the app is not up to date.
Can I show the product group in the sales app in alphabetic order?
Yes, this is possible. Please note: this setting is linked to the Eezee B2B. Go to the settings module > catalogue > sort order. Go to the settings module for more information.
How can I link the images in the dashboard to products?
Go to the app/menu module for more information. You have the option to show images with or without a hyperlink to certain pages.
Is it possible to leave order comments at checkout?
Yes, this is possible This can be found in the extra information field.
Is it possible to send my shopping cart in the sales app to the B2B?
