Why is my account suddenly inactive?
The cause of an inactive customer account can be found in the import file that is imported from your ERP. If your ERP no longer sends a login ID for this user, the user will automatically be placed under inactive accounts.
How can I create a customer/sales agent account and set a password?
1. 'New customer' form via the Eezee B2B website
After this form has been filled in completely, an e-mail will be sent with the message that a new customer has registered via the website.
For more information about new customers go to the sent e-mail module and search for ‘new customer’. Here you can find all new customers who have registered via the B2B website. Go to your ERP to export the customer with login ID to Eezee B2B. If the import of new customers has been processed in Eezee B2B, the new customer can be found under the accounts module. An e-mail will automatically be sent to the user to set up a password.
1. Add an account in the accounts module
Go to the accounts module and click on 'add account'. Please note: if you add more than one account for one customer number, this cannot be separated with multiple shopping carts. This means that if the person who logs into the account adds products, the other person who logs into the account can delete them.
1. ERP
Go to your ERP to export the customer/sales agent to Eezee B2B with a unique login ID. If the import of the customer file occurred in Eezee B2B, the new customer can be found under the accounts module. An e-mail will automatically be sent to the user to set up a password. Please note: this only happens if the password has been set!

You can set this up via the settings module > import > Automatically send customers a password link.
Please note: if you tick this option, a link will be sent retroactively to every active customer account that does not yet have a password.
Is the automatic sending of the password not yet set up?
Then you need to send the password link yourself. Go to the accounts module and click on the username. Then you can click on the option ‘Send mail to adjust password to ....’. You will then receive an e-mail to set the password.
The customer has forgotten their password. What can I do?
If the customer has set a password but forgotten it, go to the accounts module > click on the username > click on the grey line: ‘Send mail to adjust password to...’.
I am unable to set a password for my account. What can I do?
It is possible that the same login ID is sent from the ERP for multiple users. This is not possible in Eezee B2B, as each user should have a unique login ID. Change the login_id field in your ERP. If this does not solve the problem, please contact the help desk.
Why is a new password e-mail sent to the same user every time?
If the same login ID for multiple users is sent from the ERP, a new link will be sent every time after a new import. Solution: each user should have a unique login ID. Change the login_id field in your ERP.
Why can I only log in to my account on one computer?
It is not the intention for multiple users to log in to the same account. Each user must have their own account, as multiple users on the same account will cause technical problems.
How can a customer view outstanding invoices in their account?
Customers can view their outstanding invoices if the module ‘paid invoices’ has been activated. Their invoices are then visible under the ‘my outstanding invoices’ tab. This tab contains invoices with the status 0 (not paid) or 1 (partially paid). There is an action button for each invoice through which the customer can pay. By clicking on this button, the customer is taken to a page where they can choose the payment method.
Is it possible to convert a customer account to a sales agent account?
Yes, this is possible. Change this in your ERP. Please contact support at support@eezeebee.com, so we can delete the login ID. The change will be implemented with information from your ERP at the next import.
How can you impersonate sales agents?
Go to the sales agents module and click on the option 'impersonate sales agents'. Only sales agents who have access to the Eezee B2B can be impersonated. Click on the white line next to 'subagents' and select the sales agent. Please note: a sales agent can never be a superagent and subagent.
How can I ensure that a particular group of customers is linked to a sales agent?
This information is delivered from your ERP to Eezee B2B. It is important that a sales agent code is linked to the active sales agent account. Check how the information is delivered from your ERP in Eezee B2B. Go to the import module > click on 'view data' > click on the table name 'sales_agents_customers', and search for the sales agent code. At the bottom of the page you can see how many lines (i.e. customers) have been linked. If this is not correct, you can change it in your ERP. If the data has been delivered correctly from the ERP, go to the settings module > other > and click on the option (sellers) 'only impersonate their own customers'.
How can I give all customers access to only stock or pre-sale?
You can change this in your ERP. You can also set this in the B2B. Go to the settings module > general tab. Go to the option 'login order type'. This option allows you to set whether each user can log in for stock or pre-sale only or if they can choose between stock or pre-sale. Please note: you can also change the order type for certain customers. Go to the accounts module for more information.
How can I find out which double login IDs are sent from our data?
Go to the sent e-mail module and search for 'login'. All e-mail addresses that receive a reset password e-mail several times may have a double login ID. Due to the use of the login_id for multiple customer accounts, a password reset will take place after each customer import. Go to the import module to find out under which customer numbers the login ID is sent. Then click on 'view data' and click on the line 'customers'. Use the e-mail address as a search term.
