How can I make a media grid item available to certain customer groups only?
The default setting is to make it available to everyone. If your ERP customers are assigned to specific customer groups, you can select them in Eezee B2B. Go to the media grid module, click on 'Items' in the media grid in question, and click on 'Visible to everyone'. You are now able to select the customer groups. and click on 'store'. If you want to unselect the customer groups, hold the CTRL key and click on the customer group.

How can I make a media grid item available only to certain client groups?
The default setting is that it is available to everyone. There is a possibility to assign ERP customers to specific customer groups for visible content. Please check with your ERP supplier whether this is possible. The customer groups can be controlled via the visible_content field (this is further described in the interface documentation). If this is set up, you can select these segments in portal4salespro (B2B). Go to the media grid module, click on 'Items' and then 'Visibility'.

Click the desired customer groups and click 'save'.

Only the customers linked to this segment (from customer import) can see this content.

Want to de-select the customer groups?
Then hold down the CTRL key and click on the customer group.

Why does white space appear in my media grid?
1. This could be due to an incorrect aspect ratio or set white space. Go to the 'edit' button in the media grid line and check the set white space for the entire grid.

2. Is the white space set as desired? Go to the media grid items by clicking on 'items'. Go to these options and set the items to the pixel size of the image. This allows the images to scale properly with any device you use.
