How to refresh the data in App4Sales?

To ensure that the app always has up-to-date product and customer information, it's necessary to manually synchronize the data. We recommend performing a full synchronization at the beginning of each workday.

Follow the steps below to perform a synchronization:

1. Open the App4Sales app and click on Menu.
2. Select Synchronize.

3. Click on Start synchronization.
All data will be reloaded in App4Sales. The duration of this process depends on the number of items, customers, and images.

4. Click Continue once the synchronization is completed to return to the Menu.

Want to speed up the synchronization process? You can skip certain components by unchecking them. For example, when you're at a fair, you can skip item pictures if they have already been loaded into the app.
