Why is the CMS displaying stock when there is no shelf stock in Exact Online?

Within the CMS, you can easily view the stock per item by navigating to Items > Manage items. In the Stock column, you'll find the current stock for each item.

By default, stock is calculated according to the formula: shelf stock - to be delivered + to be received
In cases where an item has no shelf stock but has a purchase order, this adds to the overall stock count.

The CMS offers the flexibility to customise the stock formula. For example, you have the option to focus on shelf stock or consider shelf stock - to be delivered. To customise the formula, go to Administration > Stock formula in the CMS.
