What should I do if I get an error message when logging in to App4Sales?

If you encounter an error message while logging in to App4Sales, please check the following:

Wi-Fi Connection
Ensure that you are connected to Wi-Fi, as an internet connection is required to retrieve data from the App4Sales CMS.

Verify Login Credentials
Find out more about how to view and change the credentials below in the app.
- Administration Name: confirm whether the CMS environment name is entered correctly.
- Username: verify the correct username, which can be found in the CMS under App4Sales > Manage users.
- Password: check the entered password. If you forget the password, the administrator can reset it in the CMS.
