How do I change the password of an App4Sales user?

If you need to change or have forgotten the password for an App4Sales user, you can reset it in the CMS.

Access the CMS and proceed to App4Sales > Manage Users. Click on the relevant user's row to open the User Details screen. Here, enter the new password in the designated fields labeled New Password and Repeat Password (instead of the dots). Be sure to save your changes.

The user will then be able to log in immediately using the new password.
