How to modify customer details in App4Sales?

To edit the details of an existing customer, the user needs the necessary permissions. Verify user settings in the CMS by navigating to App4Sales > Manage Users. Click on the user's name to access the User Details screen, ensuring that the Edit Customer setting is activated.

In the app, access the customer overview by selecting the Customers button. Locate the specific customer and click on it. To access the screen for editing customer details, click on the pencil icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
