Before the fair
Plan a session with your representatives to review the key settings of the App4Sales app before the fair. This ensures everyone is well-prepared, and any questions or issues can be resolved before the event begins.

• What are the login credentials for the app?
• How can I refresh the data in App4Sales?
• How can I create a new customer in App4Sales?
  Tip: Have all representatives create a new customer and submit a test order.
• How do you save and submit orders?
• How can I create customers offline?

At the fair
Once your team is ready at the fair there are a few things to check at the start of the day to ensure everything runs smoothly:

• Are all devices refreshed?
  Tip: Make sure everyone refreshes the app in the morning before heading to the trade show. The connection at the venue may not always be stable.
• Are all representatives logged in?
• Is all product and customer data accurate?
• If using Bluetooth scanners, are the scanners paired with the app?
