How do I make sure the delivery address is correct?
Did the customer accidentally enter a wrong delivery address and therefore you can't continue scanning orders? In App2Track's CMS, you can easily correct the address. To do so, please follow the step-by-step plan below.
Step 1. To create the tour via the app, click on the 3 white bars in the top left.
Step 2. Click on Compose a tour.
Step 3. Scan the order and click Compose a tour.
Step 4. Confirm by clicking Yes.
Step 5. The message ‘tour cannot be created on the server’ appears. Click on "Ok." Please, contact the CMS administrator.
Step 6. In CMS, the administrator goes to the Orders tab - Assemble tours.
Step 7. Click on the question mark.
Step 8. Select the desired location.
Step 9. Go to Actions and select Optimize route. The tour is optimised.
Step 10. Click on Step 3 Release tours and release the tour to the driver.
Step 11. The tour is released and available to the driver in the app.
