How do I accept a tour?

The transport supervisor or control room has prepared a tour. As a driver, you are ready to drive. You are wondering, how to accept the tour and what actions to take. To do this, please follow the step-by-step plan below. 

Step 1. Open App2Track and log in with your organisation name, username and password. You can't log in? Please read on here. 

Step 2. Select the vehicle you will be driving.

Step 3. Go to the All Tours tab. Search for your tour using the search bar.

Step 4. Select your tour and click on Accept. Is the tour not visible? Please read on here.

Step 5. The stop overview appears. Click on route to navigate to the first stop.

Step 6. Select the navigation programme you want to navigate with. App2Track supports Google Maps, Apple Maps, Sygic and Waze. Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze are free to use. Sygic requires a paid account.

Step 7. Navigate to the first stop.

Step 8. Have you arrived? Go back to App2Track and click on Arrival.

Step 9. Select one of the available delivery options.

Step 10. Enter the load or delivery quantities.

Step 11. Click on Departure.

Step 12. Perform the other stops in exactly the same way as the first stop. Don't remember what to do? Please, read the step-by-step plan again. Have you finished your tour? Click on Finish tour. 

Step 13. Do you have a comment about the tour? Please use the notes field. Do you want to make the tour available to a colleague? Select the option release this tour for your colleagues. Click on Finish.
