I am a driver and cannot log in. What can I do?

In all situations, it is important to check the points below.
- Organisation name, username and password. Make sure the entered login details are correct. The password must contain at least 12 characters, including one capital letter, one number and one symbol. Alternatively, password phrases of at least 20 characters are also allowed. The password must not be the same as the username.
-
Data connection. Open a web page to check for data connection.
At the time of login, make sure you have a good Wi-Fi and/or mobile data connection. Do not log in, when the device ‘switches’ from Wi-Fi to mobile data. - Vehicles in CMS. Vehicles may not have been created in the CMS. Ask your employer or the CMS administrator to check this.
In addition, you may get the following message when logging in: ‘App2Track only works if you grant permission to use the storage’. In that case, permission to use phone storage has not been given. This is required to use App2track. It is important to turn this on when downloading the app. This article tells you how to set this up correctly for Android. Do you have an iOS device? Then please read on here.
