My tour is not visible in App2Track. What can I do?

Annoying that you can't find the right tour, in the app!
What is the best thing to do in this case? Please, check in the app if the tour filter is on. To do so, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Click on the three white lines in the top left of the screen.

Step 2. Make sure the tour filter is ‘off’.

The tour filter is ‘on’, when the slider is on the right and colored blue or green. Then slide it to the left to turn off, as shown in the image above. After this, you can exit this menu with the cross and return to the tour overview.
