How do I make a tour available to another driver?

Is another driver taking over your tour? Then you can easily transfer the tour via the app.
To do so, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Click on Finish tour in the stop overview.

Note: if you get the message ‘the tour can only be finished when all activities have been completed’, you must complete all tasks. If this causes problems, please contact your transport supervisor or Control Room. You can read more about the CMS setting in this article.

Step 2. The screen below appears. Check the option 'release this tour for your colleagues'. Click on Finish.

Step 3. The ride is visible under all tours tab and can be accepted by another driver.
