Where can I find the overview of my questions (tickets)?

If you have submitted questions via email to the App4Sales platform and you want to view an overview of these questions (tickets), please follow the steps below:

1. Access the Helpcenter through the App4Sales CMS.



2. In the upper right corner of the screen, you will see an icon with a person. Click on this icon to go to the login screen.



3. On the login screen, enter the email address you used to submit questions.
4. If you do not know your password, use the "Forgot Password" option.



5. Follow the instructions to reset your password and then log in.
6. Click "Requests" to view the summary of your questions (tickets).

7. In the overview, you will see a list of all your submitted questions and their current status.



8. Click on the row of the question you want to view.
9. Here you can view the full correspondence and, if necessary, send a reply back to the helpdesk.
