How to link a sales rep to a customer using classifications?
In Exact Online, using classifications (Master Data > Accounts > Classifications) allows you to assign specific properties to a customer, such as a representative.
With the connector setting (Administration > Settings > Connector settings tab) Account classification property name for customer manager, you can also link this information (the representative) to customer data within the App4Sales CMS. Simply input the name of the desired classification, for instance, "Classification2," and ensure to enable the connector setting Account Classification On Customer Manager.
After synchronising the customer data, the representative will be visible in the "Manager" column in the customer overview, which can be found via Customers > Manage customers.
Based on this information, a customer filter can be created for the representative via Customers > Customer Filters.
