Why is an item not being imported in Warpspeed?

In many cases, this has to do with the item master data in the ERP system, such as its status, whether or not the item is stock controlled and the item group to which the item belongs.

It is also possible that the Integrator or ESB encountered a problem while importing. In this case, you can check the logging of the Integrator or ESB to look for error messages. It may be that there is something wrong with the related master data, e.g. a unit of measure which does not yet exist in Warpspeed.

Check the relevant data in the ERP system and save the item to trigger a new import attempt.
