Why are my printers not being seen by Warpspeed?
One possible cause is that the Warpspeed Printing Service is turned off. On the server that is running this service, go to the Windows application Services to check whether the service is in fact running. If this is not the case, you should be able to restart the service here by clicking Restart.
The services are restarted automatically in many cases. Via Properties > Recovery, you can specify which response action is needed when a service stops running once or more.
When adding a new printer, make sure to do so using the account that is used to run the Printing Service. Log in to the server that is running the service and check whether the printer has been added on this server. If so, then it should be possible for the Printing Service to index this printer.
