iOS | How to make sure I am visible during my tour?

To ensure that you are clearly visible to the transport supervisor or control room, it is important that your device, while driving, sends sufficient GPS updates.

Before driving, check that the following settings are set correctly.

Step 1. Go to Settings on your mobile phone. 

Step 2. Choose App2Track. 

Step 3. Click on Location.

Step 4. Select Always and Precise location. This is "on" when the slider is to the right and possibly colored blue or green.

Step 5. Go back to Settings - App2Track. See step 2. Allow Mobile Data. This is "on" when the slider is to the right and possibly colored blue or green.

Step 6. Go back to Settings. See step 1. Choose Battery.

Step 7. Turn off the Power saving mode. This is "off" when the slider is to the left and not colored.
