Why is the integrator unable to process my order activity in Exact?

Activities which the integrator is unable to process will receive the status Integrator Processed Error. You can usually find more information in the column Integrator Error in Activity Manager.

Some common causes are:

  • An item has been recreated in Exact with a different GUID (globally unique identifier).
  • An item has been renumbered in Exact.
  • An item's unit of measure has been modified in Exact.
  • A project has been recreated in Warpspeed with a different GUID.

These problems can only be corrected by our support department. For this reason, we recommend against renumbering items or changing their base units of measure in Exact.
