Why is it not possible to fulfill an activity?

You can use the run ID, which should be displayed in the error message, to look up the run in Process Control. If you encounter the error 'The FulfillActivityLineFunction is not valid' in the Logs, most likely something is wrong with the master data.

Check whether there are any inactive or lot-tracked items involved via Master Data > Items > Edit > Item Aspects > General. For items that are lot-tracked, check whether the lot details have been provided in the activity.

If the cause of the error remains unclear, please ask our support department to investigate the issue. It is possible that the issue is temporary – the server may be overburdened, for example. If this is the case, please try again later.
