Why does my Stock Scan search not return any results?

If you are unable to look up active stock via Stock Scan, this may have something to do with the search filters. Click on Filter on the bottom left and check for filters pertaining to the search term that are inactive. For example, if you are searching for a sublot code, the Sublot filter must be active.
