How do I add stops to a released tour?
In the CMS, you can easily add stops to a tour that has already been released. It is also possible to remove stops. To do so, follow the step-by-step plan below.
Step 1. In het CMS, go to the tab all tours.
Step 2. Find the tour and click on tour details.
Step 3. The screen below will appear.
Step 4. Click on Actions and select Add a stop before or Add a stop after.
Step 5. The selection screen shows all available filter options.
Step 6. In this example, we are selecting all orders for Nijkerk. Click "+" to add the order(s) to the tour.
Step 7. The added stop is visible in the overview with trip detail information and in the app for the driver. Would you like to delete a stop? Select the order and choose Remove stop.
Please note, that after the driver has clicked "finish tour", adding or deleting stops, is no longer possible. Is the tour released to another driver? Then, it is again possible to add or delete stops.
