Where can I find the information I need for my tour declaration?

App2Track's CMS contains all the information you need for the declaration of your tours.
We would like to advise you to use the reports, which are generated during the concerning tour.

Step 1. In the CMS, go to All Tours tab and search for the tour you want to declare. 

Step 2. Open the PDF file under Report.

Step 3. In the file, you will find all the information you need for administrative processing.
First, under KM gepland you will find the number of kilometers calculated by your client's systems.
Did you fill in all tasks in App2Track?
Then you will find the number of kilometers calculated by App2Track here.

Step 4. In addition to the scheduled arrival and departure times, you will find the actual times. These are the times, the driver clicked on arrival and departure in the app.

Step 5. In some situations, the notes, which the driver has made during the tour, can help. These can be found under Taaknotities chauffeur.
