Why do I get an error message when trying to finalize an order?
You may encounter the following error when trying to finalize an order via the Purchase, Sales, or Production Order Manager:
The {type} order cannot be finalized because it has activity activity lines.
In order to finalize an order, all related activities must be finalized, so first make sure that there are no unprocessed activities.
Check for historical activities as well: any activities with the status IntegratorProcessedError and IntegratorClaimed could not be processed by the integrator and ESB, respectively.
