How can I add new vehicles or modify existing vehicles in App2Track?

In your own CMS environment, you can easily create new vehicles or modify/delete old ones.
Follow the steps below to create new vehicles.

Step 1. In the CMS go to the tab Vehicles and click on the green button Add Vehicle.

Step 2. The following is a description of the fields that must be completed.
The "Code" field highlighted in red is required.

Code. Here you can enter a vehicle code or the license plate number. 

License plate. Can be entered as desired.

Vehicle brand. Can be entered as desired.

Phone number. Can be entered as desired.

Start address + time. Select the starting address of the vehicle here.
Starting addresses can be created via the tab Company - Addresses - Add address.

End address + time. Select the end address of the vehicle here.
End addresses can be created via the tab Company - Addresses - Add address.

Storage meters. Can be entered as desired.

Tractor type. Can be entered as desired.
This information is visible to the control room or transport supervisor. 

Trailer type. Can be entered as desired.
This information is visible to the control room or transport supervisor. 

Fuel type. Can be entered as desired.
This information is visible to the control room or transport supervisor. 

European emission standard. Can be entered as desired.
This information is visible to the control room or transport supervisor. 

Driver. It's possible to connect a driver to a vehicle.  

Tailgate. Optional to select.

Step 3. After completing the fields, click on Save.

Step 4. Do you want to edit the data? Then click on the pen icon. Adjust the data and click on Save.

Step 5. Do you want to delete a vehicle? Then click on the trash can icon.

Step 6. Confirm by clicking on Yes.
