I have released a tour, but cannot find it in the app. What can I do?

Have you released a tour but can't find it in the app? You may have entered the wrong date. In any case, follow the steps below.

Step 1. In the CMS go to the tab All tours. Set the date range as wide as possible and search for the tour name to go with it.

Step 2. Click on cancel tour on the right side of the screen. 

Step 3. There are several options to cancel a tour.

Cancel tour but keep orders.

After canceling, all orders, regardless of delivery status, are visible again in the Orders tab. The orders can be assigned to a new tour. Note that the orders are visible on the tour date of the previous tour. In this example, you will find the orders on the date November 10.

Cancel tour but keep non-delivered orders and group.

The tour is cancelled, but all undelivered orders are put into a new tour. This new tour is visible in step 2 of the Orders tab.

Cancel tour and delete orders.

The tour, including all orders, are deleted.
