Can I see in real time where the driver is?

In the CMS, it is possible to see where the driver is. You can also see which tasks the driver has completed. Please, follow the steps below. 

Step 1. In the CMS, go to the tab Live. Is a "green eye" visible under GPS? Then the driver has accepted his trip and sufficient GPS updates are being sent from his mobile phone. Is there no eye visible, or is the color of the eye, orange or red? Then please check with the driver that the GPS settings on the phone are correct. For iOS please click here and for Android please click here.

Step 2. Go to the tab all tours and click on the map under GPS.

Step 3. The map with the route overview will appear. By clicking on the green points in the map, you can see the time the driver clicked on "arrival" in the app at a stop. The blue points show the GPS updates.
