Android | How to make sure I am visible during my tour?
To ensure that you are clearly visible to the transport supervisor or control room, it is important that your device, while driving, sends sufficient GPS updates.
Before driving, check that the following settings are set correctly.
Step 1. Go to Settings on your mobile phone.
Step 2. Click on Apps.
Step 3. Choose App2Track.
Step 4. Select Permissions.
Step 5. Select Location.
Step 6. Location permissions should be set to allow all the time and use precise location. This is "on" when the slider is to the right and possibly colored blue or green.
Step 7. Go back to Settings-Apps-App2Track. See step 3. Click on Mobile data.
Step 8. Select allow background data usage and allow data usage while data saver is on. This is "on" when the sliders are to the right and may be colored blue or green.
Step 9. Go back to Settings-Apps-App2Track. See step 3. Click on Battery.
Step 10. Select Optimised or Unrestricted.
Step 11. Go back to Settings. See step 1. Select Battery and device care.
Step 12. Select Battery.
Step 13. Turn off the Power saving mode. This is "off" when the slider is to the left and not colored.
