How to reset a customer's password in Portal4Sales?

If a customer has forgotten his password for logging into Portal4Sales, he can easily reset it himself.

1. Refer the customer to the login page:
2. On the login page, the customer can use the Forgot password option.
3. The customer's account must have an e-mail address associated with it. You can verify this in the CMS through Portal4Sales > Generate Passwords. Otherwise, it will not be possible to receive the reset link via e-mail.

Alternatively, you can reset the customer's password yourself in the CMS.

1. Go to Portal4Sales > Generate passwords.
2. Search for the customer name or customer code.
3. Select the customer from the list by placing a checkmark next to their code.
4. On the right-hand side, click on the blue button Reset passwords for selected customers.
5. An Excel document is downloaded with the new password.

Ensure secure communication of the new password to the customer, preferably through a secure communication channel.
