How to block access for an App4Sales user?

If an employee is no longer in service and should no longer have access to App4Sales, you can block access by changing the user's password. The user is then immediately logged out and can only log in again with the new password. Follow the steps below to change the password:

1. Go to the CMS and navigate to App4Sales > Manage users
2. Find the relevant user in the list of users.
3. Click on the user to open the details.
4. Enter the new password in the New Password and Repeat Password fields.
5. Click the bottom blue 'Save' button to save the change.

Now the employee no longer has valid login credentials.

Updating Account Information

If you want to keep the out-of-service employee's account for someone else, you can change the name, username and e-mail.
