Why do I see different prices in App4Sales?

You notice that the prices in the catalogue do not match what you expect to see. By default, the catalogue shows the regular sales price. However, if a customer is selected and a specific price list is associated with that customer, the prices in the catalogue are adjusted according to that price list. If an item does not appear in this specific price list, the default price will be shown.

To check whether a customer has been selected, navigate to Order in the app. At the top left of the shopping cart, you will see the customer's details. If a customer is selected and a price list is assigned to that customer, the catalogue prices will match the prices from this price list.

Make sure no customer is selected to return to the default sale price. Go to the order options in the shopping cart and choose Delete order to deselect the customer and return to the catalogue.
