Can I revert a completed activity?
This is not part of the standard functionality of Warpspeed, but a consultant can create a custom process for this if desired.
Besides that, you can finalize completed activities via Actions > Finalize. As long as no realizations have been made, this will not change anything about the order. You will be able to create a new activity once the current activity has been processed.
If there are realized quantities, these will first be processed in the ERP and Warpspeed. You can then create a new activity for any remaining quantities.
Another option, if any realizations have been done, is to ask our support department to revert the issue to its original state.
