Why am I getting an error saying that the server is not reachable?

You may encounter the following error on desktop and mobile devices:

The webserver is currently not reachable, but we are trying to restore the connection. In the meantime, not all functions will work as expected.

This error almost always points to a bad internet connection.

There are a few things that you can check for yourself:

• Is the error only given on wireless devices or wired devices as well? In the latter case, you can exclude the wifi connection as a possible cause.
• Is the error given only for mobile devices and/or in certain places in the warehouse? If so, internet coverage may be lacking in those places.
• What happens when you stand near an access point while holding a mobile device? If the error does not disappear within five minutes, the wifi connection can yet again be excluded.
