How to Exclude Items from Retrieving to the CMS
If you want to exclude specific items in Uniconta from being retrieved into the App4Sales CMS, you can set up a dedicated user-defined field (userfield) in Uniconta to filter which items should be synchronized.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Create and Assign the Userfield in Uniconta
Create a Userfield on the Item entity in Uniconta.
Assign the appropriate value/check mark to all items that you want to retrieve into App4Sales. (Items without this value will be excluded).
2. Verify Synchronized Userfield in CMS
Run a manual Item Sync in the App4Sales CMS.
Verify if the new userfield is visible under Items > Item Categories.
3. Update Connector Settings
Navigate to Administration > Settings > Connector Settings.
Locate the setting: "Only sync items with this userfield checked".
Fill in the exact userfield name created in Uniconta and retrieved in the CMS.
Save your changes and initiate another Item Sync.
⚠️ Important Note (Large Data Changes):
If applying this filter results in a change or reduction of more than 50% of your total items, please contact Support before proceeding with the sync. This requires a manual adjustment on our end.
