Before we begin, the following questions must be answered in order to determine the scope of the project:

2. Technical Requirements (System Requirements)

The requirements below are critical for the successful operation of the software and the App4Sales Globe component.

IIS Installation: A website must be configured and linked to the local folder where the App4Sales component is installed.

Authentication: Windows Authentication must be installed and enabled on the WebServer.

Framework: .NET 4.5 (or higher) must be installed on the WebServer.

Access: The WebServer must be accessible from our data center via a secure HTTPS connection (HTTP is not allowed).

IP Addresses: Only our Cloud platform connects directly to the Webserver. For this reason, access can be restricted by IP, ensuring that only our platform can access the website running on your server. This applies to the following addresses/IP ranges:

- <code>195.69.72.104/29</code> (Data Center)
- <code>89.20.161.110/32</code> (Data Center)
- <code>161.51.87.250</code> (Office)

Entity Services: The Exact Globe+ variant of the Entity Services must be activated and accessible from the IIS Server (preferably a local installation of Exact Globe).

A specific (service) account is required to be configured on the Application Pool:

Globe Permissions: The account must have the correct user permissions within Exact Globe to create orders, edit customers, and view all item data.

System Rights: The account must have the 'Log on as a batch job' right on the IIS Server.

Database Rights: The account must have the following query permissions on the Exact Globe database: <code>SELECT</code>, <code>INSERT</code>, <code>EXECUTE</code>, <code>CREATE</code>, <code>DELETE</code>, and <code>ALTER</code>.

Once the update to Globe+ is complete, the following step must be performed manually within the software:

Activate Services: In Exact Globe+, go to: System → Workstations → Click the "Add services" button.
