JDEdwardsE1 - Connector Settings

These settings control the behavior of the JDEdwardsE1 connector, including authentication, customer identification, and order processing. Correct configuration is essential for successful data synchronization between JD Edwards E1 and App4Sales.

Settings are configured in the App4Sales portal and are applied at runtime when the connector performs operations like synchronizing data or sending orders.

Specifies the JD Edwards E1 business unit to be used.

A valid business unit identifier (string).

This setting filters data to a specific business unit within JD Edwards E1. Incorrect values may lead to no data being synced.

UserRole

Defines the user role for the session in JD Edwards E1.

A valid user role (string), often '*' for all roles.

The role determines the permissions and data visibility for the connector's session.

TokenDuration

The duration in minutes for which the authentication token is valid.

An integer representing minutes.

Controls how long the session remains active before requiring re-authentication.

Sold to addresses identifier

Identifier used to distinguish 'Sold To' addresses from other address types for a customer.

A string identifier (e.g., a specific code or name).

Used during customer and address synchronization to correctly classify addresses.

Customers identifier

Identifier used to retrieve customers.

A string identifier.

Filters the customers that are synchronized from JD Edwards E1.

EnableAcceptanceOrder

Enables a specific workflow for "Acceptance Orders".

Boolean (true/false). Defaults to false.

When enabled, orders may follow a different process, potentially requiring an acceptance step.

ApplicationId

The Application ID used for authentication with JD Edwards E1.

A string representing the Application ID.

Required for the connector to authenticate and establish a session.

Stock code used for real-time stock

Specifies the warehouse or stock location code to use when fetching real-time stock levels.

A valid stock location code (string).

Ensures that real-time stock lookups in the app retrieve inventory from the correct location in JD Edwards E1.
