Reflecta Connector - Create Customer
The Reflecta connector does not support creating new customers in the ERP system. The functionality for creating customers, which is typically handled by the OptA4SNewCustomers method or an InsertOrUpdateCustomerCommand, is not implemented for this connector.
Customer data is synchronized one-way from Reflecta to App4Sales. The connector downloads a customerdata.xml file from an FTP server and updates the customer information in the App4Sales database.
Known Limitations
The connector does not provide a mechanism to send new customer data from App4Sales to Reflecta. Any new customers created in App4Sales will not be exported to the ERP system through this connector.
