Sage100 Connector - Customer Creation
The Sage100 connector is designed to synchronize customer data from Sage100 into App4Sales. Based on the current implementation, the connector does not support the direct creation of new customer records from App4Sales into the Sage100 ERP system.
Known Limitations
The Sage100 connector does not provide functionality to create new customer records in Sage100 from the App4Sales platform. New customers must be created directly within the Sage100 ERP system, after which they can be synchronized into App4Sales via the connector's customer update mechanism.
